Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for eligible items. The general pickup area is:

Suburban residential area / single-family home

For privacy and safety, the exact residential pickup address is not posted publicly. After an eligible order is confirmed, we will provide the pickup instructions needed to complete the pickup.

Please do not arrive without confirmed pickup instructions.

Standard Delivery

Items that are available for shipping will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Estimated delivery is typically 5-8 business days after dispatch.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Item availability

Some large, heavy, or moving-sale items may be local-pickup only. The fulfillment options shown on the product page or at checkout determine whether an item is available for shipping, local pickup, or both.
