RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want the item you receive to match the condition and description shown on the product page.

Return requests

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving or picking up your item.

To request a return, contact us at hnzfpxtcurjzn@consultant.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send or leave an item at a pickup location without receiving return instructions first.

Item condition

Returned items should be in substantially the same condition in which they were received, together with any included accessories or parts.

Used, open-box, and moving-sale items

Because many items may be used, open-box, clearance, or part of a household moving sale, normal cosmetic wear or condition details that were clearly disclosed before purchase are not considered defects.

Discounted or moving-sale pricing alone does not automatically make an otherwise eligible item non-returnable. Any item-specific return restriction will be disclosed on the product page before purchase.

Damages, missing parts, or incorrect items

Please inspect the item when you receive or pick it up. If the item is materially different from the listing, damaged beyond the disclosed condition, missing a listed part, or incorrect, contact us promptly at hnzfpxtcurjzn@consultant.com.

Local pickup returns

For local pickup orders, approved returns must be arranged with us in advance. We will provide the appropriate return or drop-off instructions after the return request is approved.

Shipped order returns

For shipped orders, approved returns must follow the return instructions we provide. Return shipping responsibility, when applicable, will be explained before the return is authorized.

Refunds

If a return is approved, we will notify you after the item has been received and reviewed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
